Hands Only CPR Training
February 28th @ 1pm
February is American Heart Month, and we will be offering a free Hands-Only CPR training which will also include instruction on AED use, the Heimlich maneuver and how to spot the warning signs of a stroke.
This a non-certified, hands-on session designed to equip you with lifesaving skills that you can use at church, at home, at work, or in the community.
The course will be taught by Jennifer Whittaker APRN and Deb Glassey RN

Church Clean- Out Week

Rebuilding Together Manchester
When: Saturday, April 25 | 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM+
Why: Our Manchester neighbors need help with home maintenance
Who/What: SUMC volunteers are needed for yardwork, painting, and other small home projects around a neighbor’s home
How: Sign up in the Reception Hall or the Café between February 15 and March

SUMC is gathering volunteers for the annual Rebuilding Together Manchester (RTM) event.
