Building Usage
Our church facilities are an important part of our ministry, serving both our congregation and the wider community. We are pleased to make our spaces available for worship, ministry gatherings, weddings, funerals, and community events that reflect the mission and values of South United Methodist Church.
All facility use requests are reviewed to ensure respectful stewardship of our sacred spaces and coordination with church activities. To reserve a space, please complete the Facility Use Request Form and review the Building Use Policy before submitting.
Weddings: Submit requests at least 3 months in advance for scheduling, counseling, and preparation.
Other Events: Submit requests at least 1 month in advance for review and coordination.
Funerals: Scheduled as soon as possible with the family and pastor; no advance notice required. Church staff will do their best to accommodate the family’s needs.
Submission of a request form does not guarantee approval. All requests are reviewed based on availability and pastoral or administrative approval.
