Supports our church staff, ensuring they are guided, encouraged, and equipped to serve well, while fostering clear communication between staff and congregation. “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters.” Colossians 3:23

Cares for our church property and oversees investments, ensuring all resources are managed wisely to support ministries, advance the church’s vision, and honor God in serving our community “The earth is the Lord’s, and everything in it, the world, and all who live in it.” Psalm 24:1

Helps plan and coordinate worship services, partnering with the pastor and music leaders to create inspiring and spiritually enriching experiences that draw the congregation closer to God. “Let everything that has breath praise the Lord!” Psalm 150:6

Oversees all programs for children, youth, and adults, guiding spiritual growth and lifelong learning while helping everyone in our church community grow closer to God. “Let the wise listen and add to their learning, and let the discerning get guidance.” Proverbs 1:5
