Hospitality & Congregational Care

Our Hospitality and Congregational Care Ministry nurtures a loving church family by building community, offering support, and sharing Godโ€™s love through care, connection, and compassion, reflecting Christโ€™s love through acts of kindness and heartfelt fellowship that create a community where everyone feels valued, connected, and uplifted in faith.

โ€œEncourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing.โ€ 1 Thessalonians 5:11

  • Newcomer Care

Greeting everyone who enters the church with warmth and care, our team offers smiles, guidance, and support, creating a welcoming space for visitors to feel seen, valued, and connected. With thoughtful hospitality and Christ-centered love, we follow up after their first visit to help them navigate the church community, discover ministries, and experience a genuine sense of belonging from the moment they walk through the doors.

Coordinators: Bill McGugan and Brenda Langford

  • Crafters

Meeting throughout the year on Saturday mornings to make small items to sell at our Easter and Holiday craft fairs. We also make gifts for the members of the Congregational Care team to bring each month to parishioners who are no longer able to attend church. Materials and instructions are provided, we just need your time and energy.

  • Rehab Facility Hymn Sing & Communion

Each month our Congressional Care Team, along with anyone who feels called to join, visit three local rehab facilities to share the joy of worship through music and fellowship, singing beloved hymns that uplift spirits and remind residents of Godโ€™s love as the pastor shares communion, offering comfort, connection, and hope to all who participate.
