Music Ministry

Since 1926, people have been called to worship each Sunday by a historic 10-inch chime set installed in the tower of South Church. The Case Memorial Chimers play a selection of hymns prior to first service, which can be heard from miles away.

Typically, there are also two evening concerts of devotional and spiritually uplifting music led by the Chancel Concert Choir, which welcomes singers from the greater Manchester area.

Music of Traditional Service

Traditional worship services are supported musically by collaborative keyboard artists and the Chancel Choir.

Music of Contemporary Service

Contemporary worship services are supported musically by the Wildfire Praise Band led byTatiana Lukyanova. The band features guitars, percussion, keyboard, and vocal artists.
