SUMC Little Food Pantry
Our Little Food Pantry, though small in size, is filled with love and purpose, providing canned and dry food for people in need, offering nourishment, hope, and compassion in our community, and standing as a reflection of God’s care, showing that even small acts of kindness can make a big difference.

SUMC Sewers
Our talented sewers lovingly craft and prepare beautiful dresses filled with care, love, and hope, which are sent through the “Sending Dresses with Hopes to Africa” organization to bring joy, dignity, and encouragement to girls and women across Africa, sharing God’s love in a tangible way and reminding each recipient that they are seen, valued, and cherished through this and many other mission projects.
Facilitator: Marilyn Broneill

SUMC Knitters
Our dedicated knitters generously offer their time, skill, and creativity to handcraft hats, scarves, and cowls for seamen, as well as prayer shawls and other mission-focused projects, providing not only physical warmth and comfort but also a heartfelt, tangible reminder of care, encouragement, and God’s love to people who are far from home, facing challenges, and in need of hope, reassurance, and the uplifting reminder that they are remembered and valued.

Rehab Facility Hymn Sing & Communion
Each month our Outreach Team, along with anyone who feels called to join, visit three local rehab facilities to share the joy of worship through music and fellowship, singing beloved hymns that uplift spirits and remind residents of God’s love as the pastor shares communion, offering comfort, connection, and hope to all who participate.
Coordinator: Bill McGugan
“Let your light shine before others, so they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven.” Matthew 5:16
Because we believe faith is lived out in love, we partner with local and global ministries to serve our neighbors, support mission partners, and share Christ’s hope and compassion with people in our community and around the world.
