We have had a wonderful connection with Washington School for over 10 years.  As our after school program came to a close last year we came to the realization that we needed to adapt our program to meet the ever changing needs of the students.  I am happy to let you know of a new and exciting way our congregation is reaching out to Washington School.

We are hosting a "Math Night" for students and their families at Washington School on April 24th!  Families will have the opportunity to participate in fun activities that require use of math and logic.

Our congregation will be supplying take home games for each family.  These are games (travel size) that require math or logic skills.  We are asking you to help by bringing in NEW games for us to give them.  Suggestions for these games include:  legos, dominos, tangrams, decks of cards, Tic Tac Toe, chess, checkers, yahtzee, number magnets, stamps / ink pads, and math work book games.  A box will be in the Reception Hall to collect your donations; please bring them in by Sunday, April 13th.
