The core of the traditional music program is the Chancel Choir, which leads traditional worship services weekly. This 32 member adult choir is capable of singing a variety of music from the works of the great masters such as Bach and Mozart to the contemporary anthems of John Rutter and Mary Mc Donald.
Singers who cannot make a commitment to sing weekly are welcome in the Chancel Concert Choir. This augmented version of the choir performs in two concerts a year; the first in December and the second in April. Rehearsals are scheduled on the six Wednesdays before each concert. Adult singers from the community are encouraged to participate in this group.
Choir members and other musicians in the church are also encouraged to use their talents in a variety of ways such as by singing or playing an instrument during the 8:00 a.m. service or playing pre-service music for the 9:30 a.m. service.
Earle Bidwell is the Director of Music and Norman McFarlane is the Organist.
